The work to be performed involves renovations and conversions to rooms 110, 111, and 112 of building 2711 in NPTU. Contractor shall furnish all tools, qualified labor, materials, equipment, supplies, and supervision necessary to renovate these spaces. The Government intends to award a single Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) contract IAW the procedures at RFO 12.201-1 and RFO Part 36 respectively. A mandatory site visit will be held within an estimated three calendar days from the issuance of the solicitation. A draft Statement of Work (SOW) is attached for review. The anticipated date of award is no later than 30 September 2026. Please be advised this is not a request for quote.
The contractor shall perform HVAC demolition including removal of exhaust fan EF-203, exhaust hood EH-104, and make-up air unit MAU-202, with associated ductwork, wiring, and roof capping. Electrical work includes removing and relocating receptacles, installing new lighting, and updating panel schedules. Room modifications include removing plumbing, shelving, and kitchen equipment; installing new wire shelving, a display case, countertops, a lockable roll-up cage, framing and drywall; and patching, priming, and painting all disturbed surfaces. The contractor must also install a new sprinkler system in room 112 and a new doorway. All work shall comply with applicable codes and standards.
