36C25626Q0965 Courier Services for the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Overton Brooks VA Medical Center (VAMC) located in Shreveport, Louisiana and Community Based Outpatient Clinics (CBOCs).

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation (CSS) for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with (IAW) Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Overhaul Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Products and Commercial Services- FAR Overhaul. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested, and a written solicitation document will not be issued.

The CSS number is 36C25626Q0965. It is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) for Courier Services located at the Overton Brooks VAMC, 510 E. Stoner Ave, Shreveport, Louisiana 71101 and the CBOCs. The government anticipates awarding an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Firm-Fixed Price contract resulting from this solicitation.

This acquisition is set-aside for Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business concerns.

EVALUATION: The procurement is being evaluated under the procedures of FAR Overhaul Part 12. As such, IAW FAR 12.203(c)(2), the Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation based on lowest price, technically acceptable (LPTA) to the responsive and responsible quoter whose quote, conforms to the solicitation. All quoters shall have a current registration in the System for Award Management (SAM) to be considered for award. See section E., E.12.
