Project 635-21-139, Repair Parking Garage 1 Deficiencies OBJECTIVE: The purpose of the project is to address the defects and deficiencies of the existing Parking Garage 1. The contractor shall furnish all equipment, materials, labor, supervision, and quality control to perform work for VA Project 635-21-139 Repair Parking Garage 1 Deficiencies located East of the VA Medical Center main building at the corner of NE 13th street and N.
