This is a streamlined combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Revolutionary FAR Overhaul (RFO) Subpart 12.202(b)(l) as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This requirement is being solicited as a 100% small business set-aside via open market.
The contractor shall provide all necessary labor, equipment, and materials to clean and decontaminate the HVAC system at Building 1403, 125 Chennault Circle, Maxwell AFB, AL 36112. The work includes base facility HVAC duct cleaning (~146k sq ft) with source removal, drop-ceiling diffusers, and negative pressure air management (CLIN 0001); Polifka Auditorium special logistics including rigging, scaffolding, seating removal/reinstallation, and a dedicated Health & Safety Officer (CLIN 0002); duct access mechanical openings and patch-back by certified HVAC technicians with commercial-grade access panels (CLIN 0003); and field-verified IAQ & microbial response using HEPA air scrubbers, targeted sanitization with EPA-registered antimicrobials, and filtration (CLIN 0004). All cleaning must comply with NADCA ACR standards, and the contractor must provide pre- and post-cleaning documentation, a close-out report, and a log of microbial response actions.
