Due to technical and system constraints encountered within the Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment (PIEE) Solicitation Module under Notice ID N68335-26-Q-1164, this solicitation is being reposted and will be maintained on SAM.gov under a new Notice ID N68335-26-Q-1164-0004.
The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division (NAWC-AD) is releasing Request for Quote (RFQ) N68335-26-Q-1164 on a competitive basis for a Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) contract to procure Peculiar Support Equipment (PSE), as detailed in the attached solicitation and associated documents. These PSE items are required to support the CMV-22, MV-22, and CV-22 programs. This solicitation is being issued as a 100% Small Business Set-Aside in accordance with FAR Part 19.
Technical Data Package and Export Control Requirements: This solicitation includes DFARS 252.204-7025, Notice of Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification (CMMC) Requirements. The technical data package contains Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI). Offerors must obtain access to the CUI drawing package to prepare a proposal. Proof of CMMC Level 2 (Self) Assessment certification is required to request access to the technical data package. Refer to Section A of the solicitation document for full instructions regarding CMMC. The Government owns the Build-to-Print Technical Drawing Package, which is considered Export Controlled. All Offerors must possess a current and certified DD Form 2345 (Militarily Critical Technical Data Agreement) to request access to the drawings. Drawings will be provided to the designated data custodian listed on the certified DD Form 2345 via the DoD SAFE website. Refer to Section A of the solicitation document for full instructions regarding DD Form 2345.

This RFQ shall not be construed as obligating the Government to award a contract or authorizing work to commence and shall not serve as a basis for any future claims against the Government.
The contractor shall manufacture, assemble, inspect, and deliver Socket Wrench Crowfoot Attachments (P/N 18C12916-1) and Gimbal Bearing Compressor Sets (P/N 901-210-025-101) in accordance with the Government-furnished drawing package. Deliveries include 7 units for CMV-22, 13 for MV-22, and 10 for CV-22 of the Socket Wrench Crowfoot Attachment, and 2 units for CMV-22 of the Gimbal Bearing Compressor Set. The contractor must maintain ISO 9001 certification, comply with CMMC Level 2 requirements, mark items per MIL-STD-130 and MIL-STD-129R, and deliver within 180 days of award. Inspection and acceptance will be at origin by DCMA, with FOB destination.
