The International Narcotics and Law Enforcement Affairs Office (INL) in Bogota has a requirement for the 40FT CONTAINER ACCESSORIES FOR MILITARY CAMP for Colombia.

No quotations will be accepted after this time. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.
This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested by this notice alone, and a written solicitation will not be issued. To be considered for award, please follow the instructions included in Section 3 of the INL-RFQ Document.
The contractor must supply, manufacture, transport, and deliver two (2) fully operational 40-foot domestic shipping containers, restored and refurbished as mixed-use restroom modules (showers, stalls, and sinks). The renovation includes constructing an internal metal structure using cold-rolled steel profiles, superboard partitions, ceramic tile flooring, and sealed ceramic tile wall cladding for wet areas. It also includes supply and installation of new metal doors, a new electrical system compliant with RETIE, a new distribution panel, new LED lighting, new electrical outlets, one (1) 12,000 BTU air conditioner, three (3) fans, six (6) stainless steel restroom stalls, five (5) shower stalls, six (6) toilets, six (6) urinals, six (6) sinks, six (6) mirrors, new metal partitions, complete new plumbing and sanitation systems, fixtures, finishes, interior and exterior paint, and all new elements necessary for full operation. The exterior finish shall be high-resistance, anti-corrosive epoxy paint. The contractor is responsible for offloading each container in fully operational condition at the Colombian Army Base, Cucuta (N. de Santander).
