Request for Proposals - Jefferson Lab Hall C A/C Replacement

Jefferson Lab (JLab), a Department of Energy National Accelerator Facility in Newport News, VA, managed and operated by SURATech, has issued the solicitation for the Hall C Air Conditioning (A/C) Replacement. If you are interested in competing for award, you must register for this requirement to access all solicitation documents on the Jefferson Lab Solicitation Bulletin Board at https://misportal.jlab.org/ul/bus_ops/ .

If you are interested in submitting a proposal for this solicitation, please respond with a return email and indicate if you plan to bid as a prime or as a subcontractor. If you are not interested in providing a proposal, please send a “No Bid” email notification to me.

Please reference Solicitation No. SURATech-26-R453399 on all communication to SURATech related to this solicitation.

Please note the following:

• There will be a site visit required prior to submitting a bid; please inform the Procurement Officer of your intent no later than July 7, 2026.

• Questions regarding the solicitation must be submitted in writing to me no later than July 21, 2026.

• Proposals are due no later than 4:00 p.m. July 28, 2026. Please note that award on initial offers can be made. Therefore, any issues or questions should be resolved prior to submission of bids.
