The contractor shall provide all necessary design, components, parts, equipment, consumable materials, labor, and management to install a new CCTV system and two viewing stations at TSA occupied space within Rutland Southern Vermont Regional Airport (RUT). The CCTV system must include fixed mount dome cameras, a 32-channel network video recorder, UPS, network switch, and associated wiring. The system must be configurable, expandable up to 50 cameras, with 30-day storage at minimum 15 fps. Two viewing stations with wall-mounted LED monitors shall be installed. The contractor must provide new OEM equipment, obtain all necessary permits and licenses, and ensure personnel are certified by the system manufacturer. The contractor shall also provide 3 hours of on-site training, a 12-month warranty on all installed systems, and system maintenance for a base year plus four option years.
