The contractor shall provide thermally insulating waveguides in four types: WR-10 (6 each, 75-110 GHz), WR-6.5 (6 each, 110-170 GHz), and options for WR-4.3 (6 each, 170-260 GHz) and WR-3.4 (6 each, 220-330 GHz). Each waveguide must have a length of approximately 20 mm (max 30 mm), be made of material with thermal conductivity less than 0.25 W·m⁻¹·K⁻¹, and use IEEE 1785-2a Precision Dowel flanges. Delivery shall be completed no later than 16 weeks after contract award to NIST-Boulder, 325 Broadway, Boulder, CO 80305.
