The contractor must deliver medical-grade liquid bulk oxygen to the Oklahoma City VA Health Care System, provide and maintain contractor-owned bulk oxygen tanks with appropriate back-up systems, perform in-service training, alarm set-point testing, and gauge accuracy verification prior to first filling and annually thereafter, and provide 24/7 emergency contact and emergency delivery within 24 hours. The contractor must comply with NFPA 55, NFPA 99, FDA CGMP, OSHA, and other applicable regulations.
