The 42 Contracting Squadron at Maxwell AFB, AL, has a requirement to procure sustainment support service for its Commvault Cloud HyperScale X Appliance Backup Storage Equipment. Information gathered from this notice will be used to finalize the acquisition strategy and potential small business set-aside decisions for the requirement detailed in the attached Statement of Requirement (SOR). The contractor shall provide a 1-year sustainment support service agreement with one separate additional option year for the Commvault Cloud HyperScale X Appliance Backup Storage Equipment. Services include unlimited 7x24x365 technical telephone support, remote diagnostics, on-site maintenance if required, and all labor, parts, and materials needed to repair or replace. All equipment must be new OEM, TAA-compliant, and forward/upward compatible. Delivery is F.O.B. Destination to 42CS/SCXE, Attn: Johnny Batton, Bldg. 1154, IT Warehouse, 455 S.
