The contractor shall provide continued operational support for the VocBench open-source platform, including supporting migration to NAL-managed cloud servers, maintenance of configurations for NALT and related vocabularies, troubleshooting user and system issues, evaluating open-source updates, and supporting user access administration. The contractor shall also provide refresher or targeted training sessions as needed, and up to five days per year of optional development services to improve curation workflows, support automation, enhance input/output options, and develop visualizations or quality-control pipelines.
