This acquisition is a Total Small Business Set-Aside. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which will be considered by the agency.
The contractor must provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and quality control to perform preventative maintenance on seven specific generators (Kohler KG40, KG45, KG50, Cummins C36 N6, C20 N6, Generac RG03224GNAX) in Tifton, GA. Services include engine oil/filter changes, air filter replacement, fuel filter changes, battery replacement, coolant flush, belt and hose replacement, fuel/oil sampling, load bank testing, transfer switch testing, and thermal imaging. The contractor must also submit a project schedule within 14 days of award and a Site Safety Plan within 7 days.
