The Contractor shall furnish all personnel, supervision, management, materials, transportation, equipment, and other resources necessary to provide weekly dry ice deliveries to three Government locations: MOD-1 (8301 Muirkirk Road, Laurel, MD 20708) requiring 770 lbs of dry ice pellets weekly; Wiley Building (5001 Campus Drive, College Park, MD 20740) requiring 550 lbs of dry ice pellets weekly; and University Station (4300 River Road, College Park, MD 20740) requiring 230 lbs of bagged dry ice blocks weekly. The Contractor shall comply with all applicable Federal, State, and local laws and regulations, including OSHA and DOT requirements governing the handling and transportation of dry ice. Deliveries shall occur weekly on Wednesdays during normal Federal business hours. The Contractor shall package and transport dry ice to minimize sublimation and transfer delivered dry ice into Government-furnished storage bins. The Government will inspect deliveries for quantity, product type, condition, and compliance; any nonconforming dry ice shall be replaced at no additional cost within one business day.
