The contractor shall provide all labor, tools, equipment, management, supplies and any other items deemed necessary to complete Grease Management Service at the Main Treasury Building, 1500 Pennsylvania Ave, NW, Washington, DC 20220. Services include monthly grease interceptor deep cleaning, grease removal from fryer operations, housekeeping and site cleanliness; quarterly drain line cleaning with heated sewer jetting, quarterly sewage lift station cleaning, and additional grease management measures such as biological/enzyme treatments, chemical treatments, and alternative cleaning methods. The contractor must also provide monthly and quarterly reports, waste disposal manifests, and documentation of treatments.
