The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and non-personal services necessary for Procurement and Installation (P&I) and/or Maintenance and Service (M&S) of Facility Related Control Systems (FRCS), including but not limited to: Utility Monitoring and Control Systems (UMCS), Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) systems (including chiller/boiler systems installation and/or integration), Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) Systems, Fire Alarm Systems (FAS), life safety systems, other automated control systems (including chemical/biological/radiological contaminant detection/filtration/response), utilities (electric/gas/water/steam) metering, power/electrical distribution/power generation systems (including photovoltaic, backup generator, microgrid, uninterruptible power supplies), other utility systems (central plant, water distribution, electrical distribution, sewer systems), Electronic Security Systems (ESS), and security and/or force protection measures such as barriers, fencing, gates, window treatments, hardening, and lighting. Services include design, engineering, system cybersecurity engineering and implementation, system testing and check-out, facility modification and minor construction, providing hardware and software, training, warranty, preventive and corrective maintenance, central monitoring services, and all related technical and programmatic support.
