In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs.
The Government requires a commercial tracked over-snow transportation system capable of safely operating in Arctic winter conditions. The requirement includes a tracked over-snow utility vehicle, enclosed passenger transport sled with seating for up to six adults and three children, trail grooming equipment, and a cross-country ski track setter. The system shall provide safe transportation of personnel and equipment, support ski hill and winter tour operations, and maintain recreational ski trails. All equipment shall be new, commercially available, and meet the Government's minimum performance requirements as identified in the solicitation.

The contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, materials, tools, parts, shipping, and all other items necessary to deliver one Arctic ski hill operations utility snow machine with engine heating system, 50mm hitch attachments capability, and safety features (roll over guard, work-light and emergency siren); one towing sled-bus attachment for multi pax (6 adults + 3 kids) with windshield and hard top; and one snow groomer including single XC-ski track setter. All equipment shall be new, commercially available, and meet the Government's minimum performance requirements as identified in the solicitation.
