The Contractor shall replace missing or damaged CenTrak infrastructure devices, restore required PoE cabling supporting RTLS Stars, apply OEM-supported device configurations, validate coverage, and deliver complete documentation and acceptance testing ensuring the RTLS infrastructure is fully functional. Specific tasks include installing replacement devices (1 Low Frequency Exciter ITDK-340, 8 CenTrak 900 MHz Stars ITK-103, 29 Multi-Mode IR/BLE Monitors ITK-313L, 138 Multi-Mode IR/BLE Virtual Walls ITK-323L), installing PoE cabling for Stars, loading OEM-supported firmware, registering devices to the existing RTLS platform, and validating IR room-level certainty, virtual wall sub-room separation, and LF trigger performance. The contractor must also develop a Validation Test Plan (VTP) and achieve acceptance criteria including 100% devices online, ≥95% correct room resolves, ≥95% correct bay/bed-side resolves, ≥95% correct trigger events, 100% cabling pass rate, 100% as-built drawing accuracy, and ≥99.5% device uptime over a 30-day burn-in.
