The Utah Army National Guard is issuing a Request for Quotes (RFQ) from qualified commercial vendors for the procurement of classroom and administrative furniture. All mandatory technical characteristics, specifications, and applicable terms are explained in the attached Standard Form (SF) 1449 and attached specifications. Prospective offerors are solely responsible for downloading, reviewing, and understanding all attached documents and requirements associated with this solicitation prior to submitting a quote.
The work includes the procurement and delivery of various classroom and administrative furniture such as Motivate tables, Huddle tables, café seating, offering, desks, workspaces, bookcases, stools, and more; all to be interoperable and color-match with existing Hon-brand furniture on site. Services include delivery, assembly, installation, and haul away of packaging trash. A five-year parts and labor warranty (manufacturer or contractor-backed) is required. Work must be performed Monday-Thursday 0800-1600. Removal of existing furniture is already done.
