The contractor must deliver a two-door gasoline 4X4 full cab UTV with heat and manual crank windows, a 66-inch snowblower attachment with quick hitch, turn signal/hazard light kit, fire extinguisher mount with extinguisher, tire assemblies, LED front and rear work lights, mirrors, plastic bed liner, backup alarm, winch kit, and the vehicle must arrive fully assembled and operational with no additional on-site assembly or installation required.
