The 126th Air Refueling Wing has a requirement for bird netting and curtain installation for two outdoor storage facilities.
Please refer to the attached document titled "Combined Synopsis-Solicitation_W50S7S26Q0014" for full details regarding this requirement. The attached document contains the complete Statement of RFO Compliance, Requirement Description, Line Item Structure (CLIN 0001), Site Visit Instructions, and all applicable RFO Provisions and Clauses (including specific quote submission instructions and evaluation factors).
Vendors must review the Combined Synopsis-Solicitation attachment and the Statement of Work (SOW) in their entirety prior to submitting a quote.
The contractor shall provide all management, labor, materials, equipment, and transportation necessary to perform removal of existing system, installation of an industrial roll-up curtain system and rafter bird netting, and biohazard material sanitization at the LRS Outdoor Storage Facility, Building 5018 and Building 5016 on the 126 ARW campus. Tasks include material relocation, demolition and debris disposal, surface restoration, installation of industrial roll-up curtains with wind-load engineering, installation of rafter bird netting with a stainless steel cable suspension system, and cleaning/sanitizing of relocated materials. The contractor must also provide submittals, as-built drawings, and comply with all applicable UFC, NFPA, NEC, and local/federal regulations.
