The contractor shall provide OEM Total Care service coverage for STERIS Vaporized Hydrogen Peroxide (VHP) decontamination systems (two VHP Victory units, two VHP Flex units, four VHP AR1200 units) and one STERIS Reliance 380PG laboratory washer located within the Biologics Development Module (BDM) at the National Bio & AgroDefense Facility (NBAF), Manhattan, KS. Services include preventive maintenance (2 PMs annually for VHP units, 4 PMs annually for the washer), corrective maintenance with unlimited repair visits, labor, travel, standard maintenance parts, priority technical support, documentation of all services performed, and access to online service request portals. Response time obligations are phone triage within 4 hours and onsite service within 48 hours.
