Minot AFB is seeking a contractor to provide all management, tools, specialized equipment, supplies, technical data, and labor necessary to troubleshoot and repair a Piller Power Systems Solid State APOJET AJS static frequency converter, serial # 9506019540, in accordance with the attached Statement of Work. The resultant contract will be Firm-Fixed Price (FFP). Offerors must include labor, transportation, materials, and any other related costs in the total price. The contractor will provide all management, tools, specialized equipment, supplies, technical data, and labor necessary to inspect, troubleshoot, and repair a Piller Power Systems Solid State APOJET AJS static frequency converter, serial # 9506019540. The contractor will troubleshoot and repair faults and error codes on the AJS C8-1R-90-480/200-6/40-G-B frequency converter with a 480V, 3 phase, 60 Hz input and a 200/115V 3 phase, 400Hz, and 90 kVA output. The frequency converter is currently showing an Earthing Failure code R0704 and No Load Delay Start code E0957. The contractor will perform an exterior inspection of the housing and an operations test. The contractor will provide documentation identifying all required repairs and upgrades as well as any repairs and upgrades completed and applicable warranties provided. Work will be performed in Dock 8, Building 864, Bay 2 at Minot AFB, ND.
