Procurement of Robot Arm and Accessories

The contractor shall provide a Brand Name or Equal Productive Robotics OB7 Industrial Robotic Arm and Accessories as detailed in the incorporated Requirements Document. The requirement includes Line Item 1: one Productive Robotics OB7 (or equivalent) robot arm with minimum 5 kg payload, minimum 1 m arm reach, seven degrees of freedom, and designed/assembled in the USA; Line Item 2: one Productive Robotics PG2 (or equivalent) parallel electric gripper compatible with the robot arm; Line Item 3: one general equipment interface (I/O device) with digital and analog inputs/outputs; and Line Item 4 (optional): one 2m linear rail transport unit for the robot arm. All items must be new. Delivery is per generally accepted industry standards. NIST will inspect and test the equipment for 60 calendar days after installation before acceptance.
