This requirement includes hardware, software, licensing, training, installation support, and ongoing maintenance services necessary to ensure full operational capability of the BWC program.
The contractor shall provide a solution that meets FBOP technical, security, and performance standards, including secure video capture, retention, audit capability, and system scalability. The anticipated contract type is Firm‑Fixed‑Price with a base period and optional ordering periods.
This acquisition is being competed under NAICS 334220, and the Government intends to evaluate proposals based on technical capability, past performance, and price. The contractor shall provide a Body-Worn Camera solution that includes BWC devices, magnetic mounts, cables, docking stations, chargers, required software licenses and cloud solution access for evidence upload, storage, retention, redaction, chain of custody, administrative controls, and reporting, unlimited cloud storage meeting FedRAMP Moderate Authorization, comprehensive warranty coverage, training (including Train the Trainer), implementation, maintenance, and technical support services, and technology refresh. The solution must meet FBOP technical, security, and performance standards, including secure video capture, retention, audit capability, and system scalability. The deployment will follow a structured four-year phased rollout across FBOP institutions as detailed in Attachment J.1.
