This acquisition is set-aside for small business concerns. The applicable North American Industry Classification Standard Code is 561210 - Facilities Support Services. The small business size standard is $47M This acquisition is a Total Small Business Set-Aside. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which will be considered by the agency.
The contractor will remove and dispose of the existing environmental control system and install a new Link4 system. The facilities include approximately 6,000 sq ft of greenhouse (divided into four sections) and 16,000 sq ft of screenhouse (two sections). The contractor must furnish all equipment, materials, and supplies; install specified Link4 controllers (PI-SG-801-IN1-8A1-8 for greenhouse sections, PS-TS-8R1-I00-A00 for screenhouse), probes, sensors, and cable; commission the system; provide a 3-year warranty; and train USDA personnel on programming and use of the controllers. Work will be performed at 1060 Martin Luther King Blvd, Riverside, CA 92507 during regular business hours.
