The contractor must provide one MBF SLICE Light Sheet Microscope system with advanced light sheet technology (Projected Light Sheet Microscopy, Linearly Adaptive Light-Sheet Offset Correction, Software-Driven Light sheet Modulation, Automated Multi-Channel Acquisition), a high-performance PC workstation (AMD Ryzen Threadripper PRO, 256 GB DDR5 memory, 24 TB NVMe storage, RTX graphics card, Windows 11 Professional, 3-year warranty), one day of on-site field service for installation and training, Neurolucida 360 Ultra software, and NeuroInfo Studio software for brain region delineation. The system must support a wide range of applications including whole brain imaging, vascular system imaging, and neurodegenerative disease research, and be supplied with a 10x/.028 Plan Apo objective.
