The 55th Contracting Squadron requires the services of recruiting, screening, qualifying, placing, managing and retaining qualified personnel to provide administrative and clerical support to senior leadership staff at the Office of the Staff Judge Advocate (55 WG/JA), Offutt AFB, NE. The contractor shall comply with all applicable federal, state, local laws and regulations, codes, including any supplements or revisions, industry standards, commercial practices, and this Performance Work Statement (PWS).

Quotes must be submited to the Contracting Office by 17 August 2026, 11:00 AM CDT. To ensure the Contracting Office recieves, please submit your quotes via email, using the Notice ID in the subject line. Offerors are responsible for requesting receipt of reception.
The contractor shall provide one full-time administrative executive assistant to perform data entry, administrative functions, and other duties related to the operations at 55 WG/JA. Duties include managing calendars, scheduling, meeting coordination, preparing correspondence, handling sensitive personnel documents, and serving as the primary point of contact between leadership and external agencies.
