The applicable North American Industry Classification Standard Code is 237110 The small business size standard is $45M This acquisition is a Total Small Business Set-Aside. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which will be considered by the agency.

Quotes are due NLT September 15, 2026 at 12:00 Eastern Time and may be sent electronically to christopher.malley@usda.gov and pps.proposals@usda.gov.
The contractor must mobilize and demobilize, drill and develop a potable water well, perform yield and sample testing, install casing, grouting, and a sanitary seal, install wellhead protection measures, and restore the site. An optional second well may be drilled if the first well's yield or contaminants do not meet performance requirements. Work must be performed during normal work hours (Monday-Friday 0800-1600) excluding federal holidays, with the Contracting Officer's Representative present.
