BSAT VTC Fort Detrick Bldg 1546

The contractor shall provide and install new VTC equipment in three separate rooms on Floor 3 of Building 1546 at Fort Detrick. Room A (Conference Room) will be configured as an unclassified Microsoft Teams Room on Windows. Room B (SIPR Room) will be dedicated to classified communications up to Secret level using GVS-C over SIPRNET. Room C (Director's Room) will be an unclassified collaborative space with dual-display presentations and MTR integration. The contractor shall deliver, mount, program, and integrate core hardware including commercial displays (40", 55", 65"), VTC cameras, audio infrastructure (ceiling speakers and microphones), control interfaces, and equipment racks. The contractor must also provide comprehensive technical documentation, system drawings, schematics, and training on operational procedures. All components must be from the DoDIN Approved Products List and configured per DISA STIGs.
