NRCS Indiana plans to obtain an Areawide Market Analysis (AWMA) for an initial fiscal year (FY) and subsequent annual recertifications or AWMA amendments for each following FY not to exceed Base plus 4 additional years.

The vendor must produce an Areawide Market Analysis (AWMA) providing fair market value per acre for each market area and land use type identified by NRCS, deliver written and digital products, participate in meetings, and attend at least one training session. The work includes analyzing market areas determined by the NRCS State Conservationist, using GIS shapefiles and land use definitions provided by NRCS, and complying with USPAP standards. Deliverables require final approval from the NRCS State Conservationist and the National Appraiser.
