The contractor shall provide one (1) articulating hybrid boom lift with a hybrid powertrain architecture combining a diesel-powered generator with a battery-electric drive system, four-wheel-drive capability, a maximum platform height of at least 32 feet, horizontal outreach of at least 19 feet, an articulating jib with 180-degree platform rotation, and a platform measuring 30x60 inches with an unrestricted capacity of at least 500 pounds. The lift must be no wider than 6 feet 9 inches and no longer than 15 feet with jib stowed, have a ground clearance of at least 6 inches, and a turret rotation of at least 345 degrees. Delivery is required no later than six months after contract award to Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD.
