The Defense Health Agency Contracting Activity (DHACA) Healthcare Contracting Division-West (HCD-W) requires non-personal services to provide one (1) Full-Time Equivalent (FTE) Food Service Worker (SCA Occupation Code 07130) to support the Nutritional Medicine Department at the Mike O’Callaghan Military Medical Center (MOMMC), located at Nellis Air Force Base, Nevada. The contractor shall provide all personnel, management, and uniforms necessary to perform food preparation, sanitation, and cafeteria support services in accordance with Attachment 1 (Performance Work Statement - PWS).
The contractor shall provide all personnel, management, and uniforms necessary to perform food preparation, sanitation, and cafeteria support services in accordance with the Performance Work Statement. Duties include making sandwiches and salads, portioning food, brewing coffee, delivering meals, cleaning and sanitizing work areas, operating kitchen equipment, and performing heavy-duty cleaning tasks. The work schedule is an 8-hour shift between 0530-1830, Monday-Friday, not to exceed 40 hours per week.
