Capacitor Bank Maintenance Services

The contractor shall provide all major maintenance, inspection, and testing activities for the LIB PU11A GE Fixed Series Compensation (FSC) Capacitor Bank, including platform assembly inspection, capacitor inspection and online unbalance validation, MOV inspection, damping reactor inspection, CT inspection and injection test, insulator inspection, grounding inspection, bypass switch cleaning and testing (SF6 analysis, mechanism lubrication, timing test, contact resistance, coil test, spring charging motor test, SF6 densimeter inspection, torque validation, bushing power factor test), switchyard busbar and cable inspection, temperature sensor accuracy check, protection and control system inspection and testing (PFOI, GFOI, LDM, PLC, HMI, DFR, RTU, protective relays, protection logic test, firmware check, cybersecurity check). All work shall be performed within a 3-day LOTO/outage window by three GE certified field engineers or qualified electricians. The contractor shall also prepare and submit maintenance reports within 14 days after maintenance, including detailed findings, recommended repair actions with costs, and test results.
