HD BOTTLED WATER DELIVERY SERVICE
The vendor will supply and deliver approximately 4,000 five-gallon drinking water bottles and 1,000 five-gallon distilled water bottles per year to Hoover Dam. Deliveries occur every other Tuesday from October 1 to March 31 and every Tuesday from April 1 to September 30 to three locations: Central Warehouse, Mechanical Floor Level of Visitor Center, and Powerhouse (Arizona Side). The vendor must provide 36 hot and cold-water dispensers, 17 cold water dispensers, and 4 racks that hold at least 40 bottles each. Distilled water bottles are delivered to the 3rd floor of the Powerhouse. Delivery hours are Monday through Thursday 7:30 AM to 3:30 PM PST, with Visitor Center deliveries between 7:30 AM and 8:30 AM PST. The vendor must be escorted by Hoover Dam Staff at all times.
