The Contractor will conduct a pharmacokinetic (PK) study of the compound (NCGC00592266) in mice following intraperitoneal (IP) administration at 10 mg/kg once daily for 7 consecutive days (QD×7). The study will include collection of plasma, brain, liver, and pancreas samples at the following time points after the final dose: 5 min, 15 min, 30 min, 1 h, 2 h, 4 h, 8 h, 12 h, and 24 h (n=3 mice per time point). Drug concentration analysis will be performed in plasma and tissue samples to evaluate systemic and tissue exposure, including potential accumulation following repeated dosing. The Contractor will provide the analytical results and PK data in an Excel report.
