Missoula Technical Development Center installation of HVAC system

The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, engineering, design support, installation, testing, commissioning, and documentation to convert the existing chainsaw testing room into a controlled environmental conditioning chamber. Work includes evaluating existing mechanical, electrical, and building control systems; modifying existing systems; designing and installing heating, ventilation, electrical, and control systems; integrating new equipment with the existing Johnson Controls Building Automation System; performing demolition of existing HVAC duct diffuser and capping the existing large-volume exhaust fan; installing a dedicated blower-coil with hydronic reheat coil, independent outside air ventilation, exhaust fan, and electrical items including a 208V treadmill receptacle and miscellaneous convenience receptacles; and providing startup, testing, balancing, commissioning, operator training, and closeout documentation.
