This announcement constitutes only solicitation; proposals are being requested, and a separate written solicitation will not be issued.

The contractor shall furnish all necessary services, qualified personnel, material, equipment, and facilities to perform preventive maintenance (scheduled service visits, cleaning, inspection, tuning; pump, vacuum, source, and LC checks), corrective maintenance (troubleshooting, on-site repair labor, replacement of covered parts), remote technical support (phone/email diagnostics, software and instrument troubleshooting), performance support (calibration and tuning, operational qualification/performance verification, software/informatics updates, firmware updates, security patches), and data system support (workstation configuration and communication between LC and MS modules) for the Agilent 6546 LC/Q-TOF paired with an Agilent 1290 Infinity II LC system.
