New Dispatchers Desk

The vendor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, and expertise necessary to design, furnish, deliver, and install a complete dispatch console solution for two operators, including operator chairs, integrated equipment supports, power/data routing within the console, SOP book/binder center credenza and associated accessories. The work includes developing console designs based on provided reference plans, ensuring fit within the room dimensions (approx. 24'-1 ¾" × 14'-6 ⅞"), incorporating ergonomic considerations, providing cable management, integrated desktop power stations, concealed power supply, operator chairs suitable for 24/7 dispatch operations (heavy-duty, ANSI/BIFMA certified, high-back ergonomic), equipment shelves, undercounter storage, monitor mounting arms, and actuated sit/stand controls. The vendor must coordinate with the COR and construction management team, deliver and install only after construction readiness is confirmed, and perform functional testing of all console systems.
