Commander, Navy Installations Command (CNIC) is seeking to modernize by replacing its existing retirement/pension system potential viable FedRAMP-Authorized Solutions in the marketplace. The goal of this request is to provide CNIC a Rough Order of Magnitude (ROM) to estimate costs, timeline, and level of effort with developing a new implementation plan, implementation, and migration of CNIC current retirements solutions to a new modern retirements system. CNIC encourages potential interested parties to provide any relevant comments or feedback they deem prudent.
The contractor shall provide a Rough Order of Magnitude (ROM) for a pension system solution, an implementation plan, and the implementation itself, including migration of case data from the current CRIMS and centralized case management repository to a new modern pension system. The work includes software licensing, system configuration, integration with SAP HR, payroll, and annuity payment systems, testing, training, cybersecurity assessment, and post-go-live support for CNIC regions worldwide.
