Walter Reed National Military Medical Center (WRNMMC) has a requirement for non-personal services to support the Hospital Communications Department and Executive Secretary Program. The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform Hospital Communications and Executive Secretariat Support Services as defined in this Performance Work Statement (PWS) except for those items specified as government furnished property and services.
The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform Hospital Communications and Executive Secretariat Support Services. Services include oversight, review, coordination, routing, tracking, and delivery of executive correspondence; graphic design; authored works review/editing; writing and print journalism; video production; public relations; and management of publications and issuances. The contractor shall provide 2 full-time Graphic Designers, 1 full-time Authored Works Review (Editor), 1 full-time Writer and Author (Print Journalism), 1 full-time Producer and Director (Video Production), 1 full-time Public Relations Specialist, and 1 full-time Executive Secretariat Program Manager - Publications & Issuances.
