The contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, materials, transportation, supervision, and technical expertise to implement erosion control treatments, including constructing a Zuni bowl headcut stabilization structure, installing a series of 3-4 one-rock dams, installing one media luna sheet-flow spreader, acquiring and transporting rock materials from Canelo Hills Preserve by hand or wheelbarrow only, and conducting Year-2 seeding and structure maintenance. All work must be performed using only hand tools, with no power tools or heavy equipment permitted, and must conform to the LCNCA Restoration Environmental Assessment.
