The contractor shall provide qualified personnel to perform a comprehensive preventive maintenance plan including inspection, preventive maintenance, repair service, relocation, and software maintenance for Cytiva chromatography equipment at NIEHS. Services include a minimum of one preventive maintenance visit per year per instrument, repair service with a 48-hour on-site response guarantee, instrument relocation, replacement parts, and software updates/version upgrades. The contractor must furnish all necessary personnel, labor, facilities, equipment, parts, materials, and supplies. Additional requirements include obtaining advance approval from the COR or ACOR before equipment removal, completing PMs and submitting paperwork quarterly, notifying users 48 hours in advance, and providing a Preventive Maintenance Service Report upon completion. The contractor must also handle removal and disposal of radioactive materials if applicable, participate in quarterly inventory, and maintain a history file of all repairs and inspections.
