The contractor must deliver four Mobile Ophthalmology Procedure Chairs with specified salient characteristics including dual articulating headrest, 500 lb weight capacity, push button pendant, central-locking brake, 30-inch wheel base, quick change battery, fold down push-bars, ability to plug into standard 120V, and sterilization trays. Also required are four oxygen tank holders, four telescoping IV rods, one anterior wrist rest for stretcher chairs, and one air delivery/drape support. Delivery is F.O.B. Destination to the Cheyenne VA Medical Center.
