All quotes shall include price(s), FOB point, Cage Code, a point of contact, name and phone number, GSA contract number if applicable, business size under the NAICS Code, whether or not your company prefers payment by Government Commercial Purchase Card (GCPC) or Wide Area Workflow (WAWF). Please note that the Government's terms for payment for this requirement are Net 30 Days AFTER acceptance of material. Each response must clearly indicate the capability of the quoter to meet all specifications and requirements.
The contractor shall supply 104 each of 2,200 lb super sacks of #80 Mesh Garnet Abrasive Blast grit meeting MIL-A 22262 or equivalent. Delivery is to Building 337 at Portsmouth Naval Shipyard in Kittery, ME, with staggered deliveries of minimum 8 sacks per delivery, estimated at 13 deliveries over a period not to exceed one year from award. Deliveries must be coordinated with the PMM and Project POC, with morning deliveries requested. The contractor must have the ability to cancel and reschedule deliveries as needed.
