The price shall include the delivery cost to our office in Surabaya, Indonesia 60217. We are expecting your final quote not later than September 4, 2026 at 04.00 pm (local time). This solicitation is being competed. Please make your quotation most competitive. We preserve the right to accept or deny any sales quotation should it be too low or too high in price. We plan to issue a Purchase Order (PO) document to the winning bidder.
The contractor must supply one (1) unit of a Duty-free Double Cabin Truck that is a four-wheel drive, right-hand drive, automatic transmission, 5-seater vehicle with a minimum bed size of Length 1.475 mm x Width 1.500 mm x Height 450 mm, equipped with safety belt, air conditioner, power window, central door lock, and audio system. The truck must be new, with a warranty valid in Indonesia, and the bidder must have a representative office in Indonesia. The price must include delivery to the U.S. Consulate General Surabaya at Jl. Citraraya Niaga 2, Surabaya, and the contractor must provide a firm fixed price in Indonesian Rupiah (for local bidders) or USD (for vendors outside Indonesia).
