Yell 326141 Yellowstone Modular Housing

The project includes procurement and construction of modular housing units at Canyon Government Area (Wyoming), Northeast Entrance Government Area (Montana), and Mammoth Government Area (Wyoming). Site construction will include grading, roadway construction, drainage, and utility installation including electrical, telecom, potable water, fire suppression and sanitary sewer. The work is to be conducted in one phase under a single prime contract. The contractor shall be aware of in-person equipment inspection requirements for Yellowstone National Park and shall adhere to material sourcing requirements which require material to be procured from a gravel pit that has passed recent inspections.
