CONSTRUCTION CONTRACT FOR PROJECT PSXE242007 CONSTRUCT MAIN GATE MARQUEE AT THE 134TH AIR REFUELING WING, LOUISVILLE, TN. WORK SHALL BE PERFORMED IN ACCORDANCE WITH (IAW) THE PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS. THIS PROJECT IS SET ASIDE FOR SMALL BUSINESSES.
THE NORTH AMERICAN INDUSTRY CLASSIFICATION SYSTEM (NAICS) CODE IS 236220 AND THE SMALL BUSINESS SIZE STANDARD IS $45,000,000.00 IN AVERAGE ANNUAL RECEIPTS FOR THE PAST THREE YEARS. PERSONS INTENDING TO SUBMIT A BID ARE STRONGLY ENCOURAGED TO ATTEND THE PRE-BID CONFERENCE SITE VISIT. THIS CONFERENCE WILL BE HELD AT 320 POST AVE. LOUISVILLE, TN 37777 ON JULY 9TH AT 08:00 AM EST. INTERESTED CONTRACTORS ARE HIGHLY ENCOURAGED TO ATTEND THE PRE-BID CONFERENCE.

NO CONTRACT AWARD WILL BE MADE UNTIL APPROPRIATED FUNDS ARE MADE AVAILABLE.
THE MAGNITUDE OF THIS PROJECT IS BETWEEN $150,000 AND $350,000.AWARD WILL BE MADE TO THE RESPONSIBLE BIDDER WHOSE BID CONFORMS TO THE INVITATION FOR BIDS AND IS MOST ADVANTAGEOUS TO THE GOVERNMENT WILL CONSIDER ONLY PRICE AND PRICE RELATED FACTORS. THE GOVERNMENT INTENDS TO AWARD WITHOUT DISCUSSIONS. Offerors shall submit bids in response to this solicitation electronically via the Solicitation module of the Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment (PIEE) website at https://piee.eb.mil.
