This acquisition is set-aside for small business concerns. The applicable North American Industry Classification Standard Code is 334220. The small business size standard is 1,250 employees. This acquisition is a Total Small Business Set-Aside. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which will be considered by the agency.

ALL CONTRACTORS MUST BE REGISTERED IN THE SYSTEM FOR AWARD MANAGEMENT (SAM) PRIOR TO CONTRACT AWARD, no later than the solicitation response date of September 14, 2026 @ 11:00 am Central Time. If your SAM record is not Active prior to quote, it will not be considered.
The contractor must furnish all personnel, supervision, transportation, material, equipment, and services to deliver and install a Hybrid P25 Satellite Radio System. This includes one fixed base station at the Roseburg, OR office (3503 Old Hwy 99 South, Suite J) with an LTE router, SAT100M Satellite Radio, Icom 7510S VHF radio, antennas, and a 14U cabinet. It also includes six mobile vehicle installations with satellite and VHF radios, antennas, and power systems. Hardware includes seven SAT100M Satellite Push-to-Talk devices, seven P25 Icom 7510S Mobile Radios, six P25 Icom 7010S Portable Radios, one JPS Gateway, and associated cables and accessories. The contractor must provide one year of satellite service for a medium talk-group, activation for seven devices, and satellite service time for seven push-to-talk devices for one year. Delivery is FOB Destination to Roseburg, OR.
