The vendor shall provide two RGA gas analysis stations meeting technical requirements including RGA range 0-200 amu, software to operate/readout the RGA, turbo pump based vacuum system with splinter shield, oil-free backing pump, combined Pirani/ion gauges, all controls for pressure gauges and pumps, all cables, Ethernet interface, venting system, needle valve for metering gas with controlled leak rate to 10-10 Torr-l/s, vacuum range from atmosphere to below 10-11 mbar, max flow conductance 6 l/min, and vacuum port (CF 25) for connecting ancillary equipment. Post-award submittals include owner's manuals and standard warranties. The subcontractor is responsible for quality control to ensure compliance with subcontract documents.
